HomeThemesPeaceEgypt and nonviolence

Tte fall of  Mubarak in  Egypt on Feb. 11 got me motivated to do my part. By the evening of the 11th  I’d scrounged a studio from PCM and talked Tom Hastings from PSU into talking about non-violence and the movement in Eqypt. Tom is a great scholar on nonviolence, and I value his insight.  I also managed to get John Henley to host, and Dr. Baher Butti, a recent refugee from Iraq, to join the show. This will also air on cable access in Portland shortly.  I have a few more interviews coming up in the next several weeks – stay tuned for more!
