We’ve completed another R2R, in which the Siletz tribe honors our ancestors by running / walking from Siletz, Oregon to Oaks Flats on the Illinois River. This relay, in which different members of the tribe (and friends!) carry an eagle staff mile by mile for over 50 hours down the coast, commemorates the forced removal of the Rogue River Indians in 1852. I will add pictures & video from this run as I have time.
